Capture the flag The FLAG game type works like a combination of TBD, BALL and TDM. Unlike TDM, there is a goal (capture the flag), but you don't have to carry anything and so are light and nimble. Like TBD/BALL, there is a singular concrete goal beyond just killing opponents. This is an area, like TBD, which must be either defended or infiltrated. The goal is for any member of a team to grep the flag power-up. You don't need to take it back somewhere, just a capture is enough.

1-Life FFA The 1fa game type is a simple modification of the standard ffa game mode. Maps should either start with ffa_1fa_, ffa_2fa_, ffa_3fa_, etc. and the number of lives will automatically be set to the number before the fa. The original concept was to create a ffa version of 1dm, and it quickly morphed into finding that probably 3 lives is the optimal value for fun and to get games to last between 2-3 minutes. Most Dangerous Game The MDG game type gets its name from the short story by Richard Connell. This is an Asynchronous gameplay that pits a single player against every other player. Presumably, the single player is skillful and can handle themselves. Nevertheless, the map should be designed to provide an advantage to the single player. The natural advantage provided by the map, and their skill will be tested by the coordination of all other players trying to defeat the most dangerous game.

ball_whl The ball_whl map is a tribute to White Heart Lane. It is an updated football map. In this map, however, the spawn points are on the playing field and when you die, you spawn at the closest spawn point to where you died. A player will always spawn on their side of the center line.

ball_dodgeball Dodgeball was invented by VAN1SH1NG as one of his early examples of what an extended Altitude could look like. The game is re-created on Alti+ servers with as close resemblance to the original as I can tell. ball_half_court Half Court is a simple map which fits on one screen. During game play, there is no scrolling. In half court, both teams share the same goal. Because of this, any interception requires that the ball be brought out before returning to play, just like in half court basketball.
